Making the Grade: Technology Helps Boosts Student Performance, Staff Productivity in Nation's Schools, New CompTIA Study Finds

Research like the one described at the link above is the type of research I run into all of the time. We "feel" that technology helps improve education. Why can't research prove it? I know that part of the problem is that there are many variables. But considering the trivial research we hear about all of the time, made possible by U.S. taxpayers, you'd think we could spend a few dollars double checking our gut response to technology.

I am one of the people who thinks technology improves education. But, there's good technology and bad. There's good application of technology and bad. What I want to know is the best ways to utilize the benefits of technology to better prepare our students for the future.
